Championship points and tables explained:
(R) denotes ‘rookie’
Points scoring system for road circuits and oval racing ‘official championships;
Points will be awarded to competitors listed as classified finishers in the final results as follows:

All other classified finishers will receive 20 points and all other starters will receive 10 points unless they were excluded.
Scoring points will be allocated for qualifying positions in each of the two qualifying sessions. Points will be awards as follows:

Points scoring system and rules for the ‘unofficial’ challenge shield;
•Race winners are excluded.
•Drivers obtaining a podium within the current year are excluded.
•Points awarded for race position as per the main championship (I.e. 185 points for 4th, 180 points for 5th and so on!)
•10 bonus points awarded for the driver who sets the fastest time within each of the two qualifying sessions.
•10 bonus points per race for the driver who sets the fastest time within that race.
